SUGOI! HOPE MORE NEX n BOTS SOON!
SUGOI!
Wow, that was a spectacular comeback for the Hunter... creepy eyes and all!
It was great to see Rob and Trent back in action... reminded me how much I miss BotS:TS! Great entrance, and I've always wished that the heroes would do precisely what they did to the Hunter in response to his big maniacal
laughter bit. I am SO looking forward to seeing the new season of BotS:TS!
I can't believe that was the end! I'm missing the show already...Ninja EX has GOTTA get renewed! So, thank you for the ride, it was sure fun! You guys did a fantastic job!
The Ninja EX "meowing" part was SOOOO FUNNY!
The show is great in casting local stars of Hawaii and showing the rest of the Media that Hawaii has more talent than just surfing, yet it would be nice to cast some of Hawaii's young local teenage stars, and I have the perfect girl for the job!
Wow! Real on-location footage in Japan!
Though most of the episode was serious, the wrong number made us laugh! (even Syndicate bosses can be polite under the right circumstances, I guess!). That, and the way Momochi-san persisted in using the bird and cat noises when he got caught was pretty funny, too! It's nice to see a hero with a sense of humor!
After seeing Stephanie Sanchez in all those humorous roles (and even in BotS:TS), it was something to see her doing something like Kira. I guess 'gun-fu' and her 'Syndicate pepper-spray-ha" attack is her thing!
And chee, Zoe is one mean fighter!
I can't wait for the next episode, but I'm super bummed it's the last! I hope you guys get a green-light for a second season!
And the burning question: Where's Shawn Forsythe? (^.^) - Hee Hee!! I think he and Ban-san are the only two from BotS:TS who HAVEN'T shown up yet!
I looked to BotS:the series for a nice release and thats exactly what i get with Ninja EX. All of the characters are so funny!! i with that you could put more action in the action scenes. sometimes it seems ironic that the music is at 160 bpm and the characters exchange a few blows in the course of a few minutes.... but thats not to say i dont like the series! its awesome! i hope there will be more than just 5 episodes...
ahh good you're putting a kunoichi in the next episode. you had the demons, samurai and now kunoichi. What's next i wonder. hmmmm
COOL!
(What, only two more episodes? Waaaah!)
Liked: - The new music at the end - The bloopers are always funny - Officer Joe Sakamoto and his saimin eating technique. Must be trouble, to greatly resemble a Syndicate bad guy. Cousin of his? - The "Saito Swagger": tapping the mune of the sword on his shoulder as he disdainfully picks his target.
Since the target is usually a body part, this is a scary thing. - Saito's hat. All that was missing was a big Scotsman with a machine gun pegleg and a bagpipe... - Those poor punks. If they're the same guys that keep getting beaten up in BotS:TS, then maybe they ought to try a new profession... -
Frank DeLima! (Always) - Watching the BotS:TS guys at work as different personas!
Man, I want to chuck my diet and go to Wisteria. Forgot how much I missed eating there...
Hope you guys get renewed. It's a lot of fun!
I saw episode 3 and , so far it was best.
I must say Kevin is awesome.
I loved Egan.
The first thing I thought of when I heard Michael Ng's voice in the darkness was "Eek! Professor Gill!!" Then when I saw Kang, it was "Eeek!! A younger, more studly Professor Gill!!!" Loved the Chinese vamps!
BTW...wonder how Buffy would've reacted to those?!
As soon as I saw the Kyon Shi lift their arms, I started to laugh. I'd just been trying to explain to Dad about Chinese vamps, and whoa, here they were! I loved it!
Ng-san's personable and talented, so here's hoping the best for him!
He was the voice of Professor Gill at the "Kikaida Brothers Live!" show last year, so it was a pretty strong case of deja vu for me! The 'sneak up' scene was neat, and so was his big vanish at the end... He and Fujioka-san looked so unlike their BotS personas, it was fun to see them doing something different. Fujioka-san makes a pretty cool vampire, too!
(BTW, the fight scenes are only getting better. The fight with Xin was spectacular!)
For me, it's like a big "homage" (hee hee, haven't used THAT word since cinema school!) to all sorts of supernatural, Asian super hero and martial arts movies, and basically a lot of fun... I hope you get renewed, because I think it's a great counterpart for BotS:TS.
Caught your first "Ninja EX" episode. Very different from "Blood" but I liked it. Lighter, comical, less serious, more accessable. It works! Kevin's moves are awesome! Can really tell this guy is the real deal. The fight with Ty came off real well. Like the camera work. And of course the sound effects was de bomb. Also like the chemistry between Kevin and Ka'ohi.
Cute couple.
Keep up the good work!
Just wanted to send my praises on your Ninja EX episode! It was funny, lighthearted, and filled with cool action!
We cracked up on the fight scene in the office when the phone call came in and Ninja EX threw the phone at the guys head LOL!!! That same office scene was so funny when the guy said is he tied up good and kicked him! LOL!!
The romantic scene worked well too! That actress who did the ballet and cabbage patch was too funny!
Kevin Won is an excellent Martial Artist and I was most impressed with him being proficient in both Wushu and Capoeira!
Great job on an original approach!
Keep up the great work!
I had alot of fun and enjoyed the show immensely.
Keep up the good work!
